What is the dress code?

Black Tie Optional

An evening to dress beautifully and celebrate. Tuxedos and dark suits are welcome, along with floor-length gowns, elegant cocktail dresses, and tailored evening wear.

Bring your own sense of occasion—and be ready to dance.

Are shuttles provided?

Yes, we will provide exact timing and locations closer to the wedding

What if I have a food allergy?

Please just let us know in advance (on your RSVP) and we’ll be happy to accommodate you.

Will the wedding be outside?

The ceremony will be held outside weather permitting. The cocktail hour will also be outside. The reception will be held indoors (covered pavilion).

What about children?

While we adore your little ones, we invite you to consider this an evening off. Our reception will be an adults-only celebration.

Can I Uber or Lyft to the wedding?

Uber and Lyft are not reliably available in the area, and local taxis can be limited, especially later in the evening.

If you’re staying in Hudson, we strongly recommend taking our wedding shuttles to and from the celebration. We’ll have two convenient pickup locations on or near Warren Street, so you can leave the driving (and the logistics) to us!

The drive from the Albany airport is around forty-five minutes, we suggest renting a car and enjoying the scenic route to your lodging destination.

DRIVE

Heading up from the NYC? You’re in for an easy escape from the city! Coxsackie is a scenic 2.5 hour drive north of New York City by car, making it a beautiful and manageable drive for a weekend in the Hudson Valley.

We recommend giving yourself a little extra time for traffic- especially on Friday afternoon- and enjoying the change of scenery as the city fades and the Catskills come into view.

HOTELS

Make a weekend of it! Hudson is the perfect home base for the wedding, with charming hotels, great restaurants, cocktail bars, coffee shops, and plenty to explore before and after the celebration.

Spend the morning wandering Warren Street, shopping until you drop, grabbing a coffee (or a cocktail- we won’t judge), and soak up a little of Hudson's unbelievable charm before heading to the wedding.
